I make it a point to get down on the floor, eye-to-eye with my two boys and talk to them on their level. And I try to do it every day. It lets them know that I do care and I am there for them whenever the need me. And I am seeing improvements in their behavior. All it takes is a few minutes a day with your children, on the floor on all fours, eye-to-eye and talk to them. And if you feel like it, play with them. We need to play more as adults. That's why I'm glad to have children at 60. I go to the park and I play on the monkey bars and the slide and the swings. It's fun and my two boys LOVE it. that's all that matters.
